A cozy living room with a white sofa, decorative pillows, large green plant near the window, a framed picture, and a full-length mirror, in front of a gray and beige area rug.

I work with individuals, couples and polycules navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, relationship challenges, life transitions, and questions about identity and connection. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own experience. Together, we’ll work to better understand the patterns or cycles where you’re getting caught. From there, I support you in finding better ways to relate to yourself and your loved ones.

Whether you’re going through a difficult transition, feeling overwhelmed or disconnected, struggling in a relationship, or simply feeling ready for something to change, therapy with me can offer a space to slow down and get curious. My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel understood. Together, we can make meaningful work toward the life and relationships you want.

Individual Therapy

A space to slow down, better understand yourself, and create meaningful change. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, burnout, relationships, life transitions, and personal growth. Couples / Polycules Therapy

Relationships can be both deeply rewarding and challenging. Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I help couples and polycules understand the patterns beneath conflict, communicate more openly, and build deeper emotional connection and security. We’ll work together to move from feeling stuck, misunderstood, or disconnected toward greater understanding and connection.

Family Therapy
